Who I am

I'm just like the other person, a normal everyday human walking threw the paces of life.

I'm not gonna lie and say I've been doing Paper mache for years and years. In fact I just got back into it last month. I have attempted it a few times and gave up due to time and not having enough space to do anything. but I never used the paper mache clay until I found Jonni over at Ultimate Paper Mache.

She is awesome, I never thought you could make clay out of paper until I saw her do it and all I was looking for was a way to smooth out the paper so it didn't have the hard edges that you get. I think that's some of the reason why I stopped doing paper mache in the first reason, to many hard edges. But then found her, my life saver, my mentor, my favorite artiest in paper mache. Stollween is awesome for the creatures and Dan is awesome for the dragons. What more could you ask for?

Dragons+creatures+paper clay= FUN!!!!

Most of my work has been Photo Reference work. That's where you look at a photo and try to draw it. But I do most of mine on the computer cause I can't draw people in real life. Trust me I have tried, it's not a pretty site.

And some of the other things I've done have been graphics work, 3D texture work, a few crochet things, wrote 5 books (none published of course) and a lot of wire jewelry and to be totally honest, some wood work, like building my own fish tank stand, a craft center for my bead boxes and my own lazy susan from two sherbet lids and a lot of marbles. It works.

hey, when you want something and can't afford to buy one, you'll figure out a way to make it yourself. That's how I look at it anyway. Besides I searched the internet for 2 weeks straight looking for anyone who might have made a lazy susan with out all those fancy saws and metal pieces. Didn't find anything, so I thought all I need is a way to hold some marbles in place and found two sherbet lids I had saved, sandwiched the marbles along the rims, added a bolt to hold it in place, put an old board on top and tada, a lazy susan was born.

but that's how I am, I try things and see if they work, if they don't then oh well at least I tried.

I know I don't sound to exciting and I might sound a bit crazy to some of you. But once you get to know me we might become friends, that or I will irrate the hell outta ya and you bolt faster then I can blink. Either way is fine with me LOLOL.

well that's about for the whole who am I, any questions, feel free to just ask.

take care and be safe.
